How exactly would you define "feels"?

1. Do you not like the way it feels (literally)?
2. Is Touch ID not working?
3. Is the screen not working? OR...
4. Is it something else?

Did you just install an update? If so, it may be a bug...

How about explaining the issues you are having. Comparing it to another phone doesn't describe the problems you are having.
