Random lower volume and returns back to normal whilst listening to music on my Apple Watch to my AirPods

So I have been listening to music off from my Apple Watch to my AirPods lately, and it would randomly lower the volume for a quick second and back to how I set it, but when I listen of from my iPhone and MacBook, it is perfect, does anyone knows why?

Hi instrogamer121 ,

For help with the volume settings on your AirPods, check your Reduce Loud Sounds settings on your paired iPhone. The steps below found in the article here can assist: Use headphone audio level features on iPhone

"Reduce loud headphone sounds in Settings

  1. Go to Settings , then tap Sounds & Haptics (iPhone 7 and later) or Sounds (earlier models).
  2. Tap Headphone Safety.
  3. Turn on Reduce Loud Sounds, then drag the slider.
  4. iPhone analyzes your headphone audio and reduces any sound above the level you set.

The Headphone Safety screen, showing the number of headphone notifications sent in the last 6 months, the button for turning on or off the Reduce Loud Sounds setting, a slider for changing the maximum decibel level, and the selected decibel limit of 85 decibels."

You can also use the guide here to see if you've received a noise notification: Monitor your environmental noise exposure with Apple Watch, and check the noise control settings on your AirPods with the steps here: Change the settings of your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

Cheers.
