My photos app has broken.

My photos app has stopped updating. All photos save in extremely poor quality, videos are unplayable. I cannot delete any media from any time. It will disappear from my library then when I reopen the app it's still there. The two photos I took yesterday are corrupt and the photos app freezes upon interacting with the photo. Anytime I try to export said photos, my photos app stops responding. It's become impossible to interact with my photos library excluding old photos. Photos saved or taken as of yesterday are in very poor quality and any photos saved as of today don't appear at all.

Even if I tried to switch from Apple Photos to Google Photos, I wouldn't be able to add new photos to Google because they simply won't appear in the library as if they never existed at all.
