Hey for some reason I can’t access my Apple ID on my phone tho am still logged in
I can access my Apple ID in my settings for some reason it not opening no matter how much I tap on it
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

It sounds like there might be a Screen Time restriction in place preventing account changes.
(possibly a parental control)
