SAFARI JUMPS TO THE TOP OF YOUTUBE

When i swipe with 2 fingers to go back when watching a video in youtube, it doesn't place me where i left off instead i always end at the top of youtube.Is there any solution to this ?

MacBook Air, macOS 13.2

For difficulties with Safari not working as expected you'll want to take the steps below:


  1. Reload the page
  2. Install software update and restart
  3. Check Safari extensions
  4. Test with a private window
  5. Check Safari settings
  6. Check iCloud Private Relay
  7. Check VPN or other security software
  8. Check network settings
