where is the default HomePod playlist?

I have moved my homepods to a point where I can touch them!

When they are touched, they start playing some music (I am an apple music subscriber).

What playlist is being played and how can i edit it to, perhaps, always playing ‘my station’?

Background info: Siri is and will always be disabled. I can have my phone in my hand and unlocked yet the ‘bleeping’ homepod still intercepts siri request before complaining that it cannot do xyz on that device!! I know … that is why I had my unlocked phone in my hand. I know I can stand there now and touch the homepod and talk to siri … but that then leads to more confusion … siri is simply not good enough!

The bottom line would is that I would like the Homepod to play music of my choice with a simple (and single) touch of the device … no arguments about what I said!

Thanks

HomePod
