After "upgrade" to Ventura 13.0 I'm unable to preview any song in iTunes Store, even after following all directions found here (eg Make sure iTunes Store is selected in general settings) all I get is pop up ad for Apple Music.

So we understand better, are you able to exit out of the Apple Music pop-up to join? If so, when trying to preview the songs, what happens exactly? Does an alert appear, and if so, what does it say?
If you haven't already, make sure you're fully updated to macOS 13.2.1. Updating helps as they install bug fixes and security updates too. To see which exact version you have installed, select the Apple menu > About This Mac. Here's a guide on updating, just in case: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support
If you're already updated, or the behavior continues, let's help to narrow this down more by creating a new user account to see if the behavior happens there too. This lets us know if the behavior is system-wide or only within your user account. When creating the account, be sure to make it an administrator account so there's full access. Once the account is created, sign out of your current account before signing in to the new one to see if the same behavior happens there too.
