Apple Id
I created an apple ID account and also my brother has an account.
if I going to download any apps that is asked password to my brother’s account not me . So, my question is how i change to mine?

Two possibilities as to what is happening here:
1) If your brother downloaded the apps on your device using his ID, then his ID will have to be used to redownload or update them. THe resolution is to delete them entirely and download them with your ID.
2) You may have his ID set for purchasing items. In the document: If you subscribe to Apple One and use a different Apple ID for iCloud - Apple Support Apple makes sideways reference to using a different Apple ID for media subscriptions and purchases but doesn't describe how to do this.
In iOS/iPadOS: Go to Settings > [your Apple ID] > Media & Purchases. Sign out of your current ID and sign in with a different one.
