Changing the iCloud eMail Address:
If you've just created an iCloud eMail address, then it is what it is. You cannot change the Apple ID once it has been created. Your only way around this is to use an Alias: Add and Manage eMail Aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support
