Pictures in iMessage
If I delete a picture that I sent via iMessage, will it also delete it from the receivers message thread? Or will the picture only delete from my message thread?

The image will only be deleted from your iPhone, but...
If you're both using iOS 16, you can delete messages and photos up to 2 minutes after they're sent. After that, the option closes. This will also delete the image from the recipient's phone. This only works with iMessages.
