App Store is stuck with old Apple ID

I recently made a new apple account with updated details. Everything was transferred over to the new account with little to no issue. However, the App Store is stuck with my old email so I am unable to download updates or any apps since I don’t remember password. The App Store settings show my new email so I’m confused as ****. Please help.

Assuming Activation Lock is involved here, you’ll need to recover access to that Apple ID.

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support


And then transfer ownership of the iPhone or iPad or Mac to the new Apple ID.
