payment with families
if i delete my payment method and add a new one on MY phone do all phones connected to that apple account use that payment method, or just me?

If you're a Family Sharing organizer and have purchase sharing enabled, all accounts in the group which don't have store credit on them will use your first method. Otherwise, only your own account will.
