Install my own IPA file on Mac M1 without Xcode

I have a Developer Account and created a few web-view apps. I installed them on my Mac at home using Xcode. I'm on the road without access to unlimited data. I have the IPA files (and the Xcode files), but don't want to consume a ton of data downloading Xcode. Is there a way to install these on my Laptop?

OK, so there's no way to just install from the iPad file, or just copy it from another Mac?

All of the iPhone apps that I've downloaded I was able to just copy from one computer to another. If I try and copy one of my own apps, an app that's installed on another Mac, I get the attached alarms.

The top alert is in fact wrong, I did intend for it to be used on a Mac and copied it from another Mac.

I ask because I don't intend on keeping my developer account beyond my one year membership and won't have the ability to install from Xcode.
