Can I still get macOS Monterey for a 2013 imac?

I am trying to upgrade my 2013 iMac from Catalina to Monterey, however, when I click on get in the app store it says the requested version is unavailable. Can I get it from somewhere else?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

my mac currently runs macOS Catalina version 10.15.7...how do I upgrade to macos ventura or monterey? my mac currently runs macOS Catalina version 10.15.7...there are certain apps i cannot download to my computer as a result, such as Adobe Photoshop (which says I need a macos 12.0 version or better). Catalina 10.15.7 is the latest version a 2013 iMac can support.
