Your enrollment could not be completed Hi, I am trying to join Apple Developer Program Enrollment but it always tell me that : Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. even the Visa card is active and I bought from it many times from outside the age 45 . For issues with initially purchasing the developer program enrollment, contact Apple Support.

For questions or issues with the program enrollment itself, contact Developer Support.
