i've recently upgraded to iOS 16.3.1 on an iphone 11. Text notifications no longer vibrate or ring when received. However other notifications- authentication, news alerts, still vibrate.
DND/focus is off, Allow Notifications is on.

Contacted support and went into the Apple Store. A (antenae?) setting was reset that dealt with wi-fi routers, so all known routers were dropped. After that, texts received when the phone was asleep would wake the phone, vibrate and ring.
