Apple Mail App - Duplicate iCloud accounts

For some reason when I first set up my Mail account on my new Macbook Pro, it shows duplicate mailboxes for the same iCloud account. The mailboxes sync properly. I receive emails, but I am unable to send email to send any emails. I receive this message when I attempt to send any emails: The server response was: <unknown[68.207.114.63]>: Client host rejected: Access denied

I am running the most recent update of macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68)

I am able to send and receive email on the Mail app from my other apple devices, including my Mac Mini M1.

Suggestions?

MacBook Pro (M2 Max, 2023)
