Age restriction

We are trying to load, Amazon prime movies, or movies anywhere to our daughters iPad mini, but it is not allowing because of her age. It states that we need to contact Apple support. Please advise.

iCloud Age Restrictions not changing My friend got a new iPad recently after never owning an Apple product. She set up her iPad and iCloud and set her birthday, she is 23. However when she tried downloading and signing into apps, she couldn’t because that app required to allow tracking and she can’t toggle tracking on in settings because it says she does not meet the age requirements.
