AirPods make low battery sound when fully charged

I have 2nd gen AirPods (2019) and my right AirPod after 10minutes of use it makes the low battery sound after being fully charged.If I put it back in the case for 5 seconds it shows that is fully charged and plays for 10minutes again and repeat.I also tried unpairing and pairing but nothing changed.Can anyone help?

I tried everything recommended but nothing solved it is the battery worn off?
