Are there ways to add my Medicare and supplement cards to wallet?

No (although it is possible that some Medicare supplement plans do offer a Wallet option, mine does not and Medicare does not). I take photos of them (and other cards that don't have a Wallet option) and have a Wallet cards album in my Photos so that I can find them easily.
