Get rid of iCloud nagging
How do I get rid of this, constant nagging multiple times a day. I do not want, nor use iCloud.

You can always agree to it and not use it...(?) Seem harmless.
iCloud is baked into the macOS as the sync service across devices and all continuity features
Use Continuity to work across Apple devices and FindMy iCloud - Find My - Apple for lost or stolen device.
I don't use the iCloud Drive, but the iCloud syn is basic service.
