looking for help, how to remove 3rd party access to multiple iphones/ apple id's

long story short: i ****** off a developer!

Saga stared 11/22 with 3rd party gained access to my Iphone 11 and loaded something... since then life has been flipped over, any one out there know what to do or how can a rooted...configured... client/ controled device be cleaned or rid of malicious developer software/ file/app...seems all are hidden or concealed and set up to autoload...

Some notable experiances:

• discovered face time and voice record apps running - screen mirrored to conceal

• phone was glitchy, random apps i font use on

• lots of settings changed, buttons to revert actions disabled

• Accessory's set up for remote keyboard, watch

• contact added to Iph-11, then groups set up... so all calls, messages recorded

• reset Id password with apple support

• discovered google search history that wsnt mine

• during reset of google, discovered compromised laptop, server access at work

• home wifi and entire family's computers and i-pads configured as back doors...all with remote access, screen conceal programs added

• home network router...disabled & land line disconnected during phone call with apple support security team

• found all i- devices (3-ph, 4-ipads) set up with additional wifi config...including spoofed URL's of ATT, Yahoo, WLAN radio set ups and bluetooth.

• our vehicles were locked into bluetooth...with XM radio subscriptions.

• passwords changed, devices locked

• multiple tickets with apple support, over 20 full resets, 6 with apple in store, abandoned device

• new device, new line, new apple Id - issues rolled over and continue...

• repeat with second new device after removing home wifi e.t - all devices...new ISP and router

• have received messages in shared notes, arcade game center, websearch address bar... personalized ads used as well

• all stock apps influenced..affected for a purpose...i have examples for each. (meetings set in calender, reminders used with Tags for directions...predictive text used

• have seen shortcut folder briefly on start up of latest new device

• law enforcement is not interested without a "loss"

We disconnected from all digital devices for the past 6weeks...hoping they loose intrest and it still continues as we tried to re-enter, have many more other examples but this was prob too long as it is...my apologies!! but Apple's solution is to reset device or start over (i did both multiple times). My life has been consumed, and family has been severly affected, we would like to find someone who can help where others couldnt or were to intimidated to try...
