Apple Music on Windows/Pc login issues

Hi, so I'm trying to log back into Apple music through the web browser on my windows 11 but every time I put in my log in details it just doesn't log me back into it even after I had verified my credentials and everything.

I don't know if this might had been because I had recently changed my password on my account twice and chose the option to log myself out of all devices but even after searching for answers what the problem is I couldn't find any solutions for non apple products.
