Cannot swipe up or down on iPhone 13 max pro

Still cannot swipe. Can’t enter password either

Restart the device. That's it.

have you pressed volume up then down buttons then immediately press and keep finger on power button and leave finger pressed on it until it shuts off and apple logo reappears then release finger.

also, go into settings accessibility and activate assertive touch button then the little round button will appear on you screen. this helps in-case this happens again and it will always get you back to your home screen.

press up button once; then down button press once then hold start button on side until phone goes off keep holding until apple logo appears then release button and it should be okay.
