Turn off mouse acceleration - Ventura

As a designer/developer, i'm often using my mouse to wireframe out a page layout or outline an API collection for my colleagues.

I often use a mouse with my Mac since I have a multi-monitor setup, the trackpad is too small for working on (and really has the same problem) and an iPad is too small of a device for me to work with in general.

Is there a checkbox or secret dropdown, or anything that will disable mouse acceleration? Many older guides point to a terminal command that doesn't work anymore, or suggest 3rd party software, which I'm not able to install (computer belongs to my company which doesn't permit such activities).

Am I out of luck until Apple includes this feature? or am I missing something?

This terminal command is functional for now. It does need to be repeated after anytime the computer is reset. So while it does help, I still would love a more permanent solution from Apple
