I would like my trackpad to be set to "natural scrolling" on, but when using a mouse "natural scrolling" off. Looks like there are various post on this back to 2012. Is this really still not possible?
FWIW, there is an app called Scroll Reverser. No idea if it works in Ventura.

Yeah, I suspect that the OP is in a very select group where this is concerned.
If I remember correctly there were a couple 32 bit third-party apps that could accomplish it. Of course that was quite awhile ago. I use trackpads on my laptops and mice on my desktops. I bought a Trackpad long ago for one of my iMacs, one with batteries and no force touch. I didn't like it much.
When I got my very first computer (Mac LC), I had just injured my right shoulder. Using a mouse for very long hurt. So, I started using the mouse with my left hand and still do to this day on my work (Windows) machines.
FWIW, I much prefer the force touch trackpads. I have an Asus laptop and a MacBook Air without one. I always feel like I need to hit them with a hammer to click. :P Thankfully I have no such problem with my M1 MackBook Air.

Yes. It's really still not possible.
You can let Apple know it's something you'd like to see here:

This is only the second post I've seen. There are probably a few others.
I haven't used a mouse with a Mac in..... more than a decade so, it's not a question that would even occur to me. Once I moved to MacBooks (of various types), I never looked back.
There is still no way to change scroll direction of mouse and trackpad independently?
