Robokiller is still a problem after deleting..

I did everything below that Justin suggested and my voicemails are being picked up by Robokiller. How can I get rid of Robokiller for good? Robokiller has been deactivated and I cancelled call forwarding as well as deleting the app permanently on my phone. I can I get control of my voicemail back?

UPDATE: I have my phone back I did one last thing and I think it has worked. I called Verizon (my carrier) 1 800-922-0204 and got technical support. Tech support - reset everything to do with voice mail as well as my phone notifications. She also advised me to download the "Digital Security" app with Verizon to help protect my phone.

She did say that Robokiller works better with the android devices but not well with the iPhone devices. So to rid yourself of this pesky app, do all of what Justin suggests first and then call verizon to reset those 2 features.
