Certain keys don't work!

iPad Pro 12.9" with Magic Keyboard has some keys that don't work, they don't respond to input.

Keyboard was returned to store for replacement or repair. Was returned with same issues. Any thoughts?

Latest IPad Update causing issues My Magic Keyboard will no longer work on my iPad Pro after the latest update which I believe is 16.5.1. Tried almost everything. Any ideas? The latest update is also causing my iPad to reset during app startups. It’s like my whole iPad is falling apart. It just keeps resetting then it will be fine. Tried a hard reset already.

Would these keys be 7, 8, 9, u, i, o, j, k, l ?

If so you have MouseKeys enabled. To disable this feature:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch > Mouse Keys - set to OFF
