Siri notes

Every morning at the bottom of my iPhone 12 home screen Siri is suggesting a note that I have created. Every morning it’s the same note I can’t figure out how to eliminate this.

Siri is suggesting sensitive information out of nowhere for a week now Siri has started suggesting a note out of many notes that I have. I can’t remember all of my passwords so I put my log in and passwords into that note. Siri has never made any suggestions for anything, ever for me. There was another user on this forum who experienced the exact same issue in 2020 but the thread was closed. Why is Siri just suggesting the one note that has our log in and PW information out of the blue? It’s made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid that’s it’s offering up my sensitive data. Is there any reasonable explanation why this is occurring and can I remove Siri from my phone completely? Thank you in advance

Text message response that I did not write. A message response was sent as if from me but I did not write it. It was in context to the message sent to me but not necessarily how I would have responded. When I discovered this and alerted the other party, we both found this to be very disturbing. Could Siri have impersonated me? In the Siri & Search settings, there is “Automatically send messages” as well as in every app, “Learn from this app”. As I do not use Siri, I had not looked at the settings previously. They all seemed to default as enabled on my phone. If this is the default, I find it troubling.

SIRI APP SUGGESTIONS i want the iOS NOTES app to always show up in SIRI app suggestions. It’s one of my most frequently opened apps. Oddly, it doesn’t show up in SIRI app suggestions. Please help me to find a solution to this problem.

Siri makes suggestions for what you might want to do next, such as call into a meeting or confirm an appointment, based on your routines and how you use your apps.

Change where Siri Suggestions appear

Allow Notifications.
Show in App Library & Spotlight.
Show When Sharing.
Show When Listening.

Thanks but I haven’t used notes any more than I have over the last few years (not too frequently). It started with this one note every day now for about 2-3 weeks. Anyway to stop it?
