I'm sitting with my grandma's iPhone SE that needs updating, but the problem is that it requires iTunes to install the update on the phone, and my MacBook is too new to even download iTunes. Does anyone know of another way to update the iPhone without iTunes?

The article isn't helpful, as it doesn't address my situation. As mentioned in my OP, the iPhone itself can't download the update without iTunes. Thanks, though.
