Battery health

It is normal that the battery health goes from 100% - 97%

Indeed it is! In fact, 97% is above average.


Apple recommends you to change your battery when the Maximum Capacity reaches 80%. When the time comes, please click Here to go about having the battery replaced.

That it happens is normal.

When it happens may be normal or abnormal.


A duckduckgo search on "maintaining iPhone battery health" will bring up several links to articles explaining how to extend the health and life of an iPhone battery.
