It sounds like you want to know if it is possible to connect an external camera to your iPhone. We can help.
While you can connect a Lightning to USB Camera Adapter to download photos and videos from your digital camera to your iPad or iPhone, and you can use Continuity Camera to use your iPhone as a webcam for a Mac, there is not currently an option to connect a camera as a webcam for an iPhone.
