My Iphone was lost with all things have been set like Find My and Apple id but the takers still able to use it with insert with new number. How can I know the newly inserted number belonged to the stealer. Please kindly recommend me. Thanks

In law here, in the case of loss of any property, no one can use it. The picker has to return to the owner. Moreover,
in Japan, people are tired to pick up the lost or fallen things because they don't need them and it makes them waste of their time.

I have tried to contact but there is no answer. Moreover, May I got the the contact of Singapore to froze up my device. It is too bad here because the stealers always got it to the repairer to find the way to use it. So recommend me how get my device to be unusable
