Since 'upgrading' to Ventura 13.2.1, I am no longer able to hold down keys to generate certain language accents. Any suggestions as to how on earth to get this back please?

For webroot that you can’t remove, try
So none have worked. However the only possible remaining cause (that I can't uninstall), based on the info, is Webroot that I have installed as part of my work (required). I had Webroot installed for years, prior to Ventura, so it shouldn't be causing this issue otherwise people who have to have Webroot installed will not be able to use accents...which is poor.
Let us know which if any of the possible fixes worked for you.
