I didn't receive my watch

I'm trying another means of contact and unfortunately I'm not getting it, I took my watch to the physical store to adjust it, I informed them that I would move by that date and the attendant said that it would arrive earlier, the email actually says it was delivered on the 4th but I didn't receive it nothing, and now I don't know what to do
