Apple Music Library Gone, Even with Sync Library turned on

I was an Apple Music member for maybe a year starting sometime in 2018 and made a profile and everything even added some friends on there. I ended my subscription sometime in 2019 and switched to Spotify. I wanted to take a look at my old library for the memories and to see what songs I had forgotten about, I bought an Apple music subscription but I couldn't access my old library, even with sync library on. My profile was also gone, which I don't care much for but I really wanted to access my old library. Any way to gain access to all of my old songs?
