Iphone 6s plus..version 15.7.3..there is no button available for update and installed..
The iPhone 6S is not compatible with iOS 16.
If it is using iOS 15.7.3, it can not be updated further.
But my co worker updated her phone..were the same phone 6s plus
Your coworker did not update his/her iPhone 6s to iOS 16. It is impossible. Maybe he/she updated to iOS 15.7.3. That’s the furthest he/she can update his/her iPhone 6s.

The iPhone 6/6 Plus can be updated to iOS 12.5.7.
