I cannot find the emails I send using "send later" function in my sent folder.

We’d be happy to help out. If you’re having issues with Send Later in the Mac Mail app to schedule when your email will be sent, you’ll need to make absolutely certain that your device is online and awake at the time you scheduled the email to send. That’s the only requirement as outlined here:

In the Mail app  on your Mac, click the pop-up menu next to the Send button , then choose an option.

Emails you choose to send later appear in the Send Later mailbox in the sidebar.

macOS 13.2.1 has recently been released. Since updating often helps correct unexpected behavior, if you haven't done so yet, install the latest macOS version. If an update is available, it's a good idea to back up your Mac before installing it: Update macOS on Mac.
