Apple Music not available on Mac

I am an Apple Music subscriber and I can access my Apple Music account from a Macbook Pro and my iPhone, but I can't access it from my other device (which is a Macbook, as well), only my library. I already gave access in the menu Music > Account > Authorization. Also, I went to Music > Preferences and there's no option available for Apple Music.

I don't want to be repetitive, as I already searched for similar issues in this forum, but the answers didn't provide a solution for this specific problem.
