Changing location names in Find My on iMac will not work

Find My on my iMac (2017 5K, Ventura 13.2.1) only shows City & State for 2 out of 5 people in my Family Sharing group. They're both sharing their locations, and Find My shows them in the correct spot. When they're at their respective homes I can click on the "i" and go down to "Edit Location Name". It opens up and shows all the stock names (Home, Work, etc.) as well as all of the custom names I've created. There's a green check next to the stock option "None" for each person. When I try to select the stock "Home" it closes the box but nothing changes. Same thing when I try to select a custom name. Everything works fine on my iPhone (11, iOS 16.2). I've tried all the "official" steps from Apple Support that I've found in responses to others that have had the same issue. None of it fixes the problem. I'll note that my location is also shared with both of these people, but it's from my iPhone, not my iMac. It doesn't seem to me that should matter, but I mention it just in case. Thanks in advance for a solution!
