SMBv2 support airport time capsule

My Windows 11 computer cannot access the network drive on my Time Capsule, the error saying that it doesn't support SMBv1 anymore. Is there support for SMBv2?

Windows 11 can be downgraded to use SMBv1.

Time Capsule is SMBv1, and cannot be upgraded to SMBv2 or later.

Possibly helpful: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/file-server/troubleshoot/detect-enable-and-disable-smbv1-v2-v3?tabs=server

See the “disable” section there for how to enable: Here are the steps to detect, disable and enable SMBv1 client and server by using PowerShell commands with elevation.

As for Time Capsule, no, that’s way old, and not getting updated.

SMBv1 is completely insecure.
