after updating to ios 16 I cannot find my music playlists and downloaded music.
I am having the same issue after updating to 16.3.1. iCloud music library is turned on in my iCloud settings and the sync library is turned on in Apple Music, but I can not find any of my music.
the playlist show up in a list of many playlist without any content (no playlist title or songs) which makes it seem like a bug that was introduced with the update.

Hello Jphnalabama,
If you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, make sure that Sync Library is still turned on: Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support. This will return your songs and playlist to your iPhone. However, you’ll need to redownload any songs you had downloaded before for offline listening.
Otherwise, you’ll need to sync your songs and playlists using iTunes or Finder depending on your computer and/or macOS it’s on: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
Here’s how to redownload songs to your iPhone: Redownload music - Apple Support
Feel free to get back to us with any questions or problems you may have.
All the best.
