Sharing Subfolders in iCloud
How can I share a folder with one person and a subfolder with a different person?

The primary folder includes sub folder in the finder ( it's a combination of primary folder and subfolder ) , drag and drop subfolder to other location leaving behind the primary folder , right click over the primary folder > click on mail and compose mail enter the first person mail address in " To " field and fill up rest of credentials to send the mail to first person Write, send and schedule emails in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
The subfolder that is dragged and dropped in finder in another location say download can also be sent to another person with different mail address , the second method is separate the sub folder from primary folder to another primary folder 2 and right click over it and sent mail .
Thank you so much for your reply! Yes, that makes sense and this is what I've done to solve this particular need.
But this is not sustainable to work like this. I need the subfolder in the primary folder obvisously...
so now, I had to take it out exactly as you'd suggested (wait for an hour to iCloud sync), then I had to share it manually with person 2... after the job in that folder had been finalized, I had to again copy it back to the primary folder.
Any hope to improve this? Just allowing the subfolder to have its own settings would solve it.
