What apps does iphone SE need to use HooToo flash drive?

I have a HooToo flash drive. I need to use it to download photos when I travel. I downloaded SanDisk iXpand drive in iphone SE. It doesn't recognize HooToo flash drive. What apps should I download to use HooToo flash drive?

How can I get to photos on HooToo usb disk stored by iPlugmate app- deleted by Apple? If someone has a copy of the iPlugmate app that could be sent, I have an ipad that has earlier IOS versions which might allow the app to work.

For the HooToo flash drive you need the HooToo app.

You can use the SanDisk iXpand Drive app with the SanDisk iXpand-flashdrive Go
