My brother HL-L2370DW printer was connecting perfectly with my Mac and iPhone . now after updating the os to Ventura 13.2 and iOS 16.3 my printer is not connecting to both. iPhone shows no air printer available. please help....

You may want to try a full power-cycle sequence (do not forget the router): Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the Mac, the iPhone, and all other computers/devices. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the Mac and the iPhone. Finally, power on all other computers/devices.

AirPrint works with wireless (Wi-Fi) or wired (Ethernet) network connections. Instead of a wireless printer connection, the HL-L2370DW could be wired by Ethernet to one of the LAN ports of the Wi-Fi router, if you so wish. Ethernet is often more stable.
