My Apple Pencil does everything except draw. I’ve replaced the tip with a new tip, shut down and restarted my ipad, turned Bluetooth on and off and disconnected-reconnected the pencil. I’ve charged the pencil to 100%. anything else i can try? I am using an iPad Pro and a second generation pencil. IOS is updated to the latest version
I know you said you "turned off and restarted" the iPad, but did you try a "Force Restart"?

I’m using the native photos app. But I just realized that I cannot draw with my finger either, even though I turned off “Only Draw with Apple Pencil.” I cleaned off my screen. Still no luck. So maybe the problem is with my Ipad, not my apple pencil
What apps are you trying to use, to draw with your Apple Pencil?
I’ll try that next. And here’s a weird thing—the Apple Pencil draw fine with Procreate!
Then it may be a problem with Apple's native software. This might be an easy fix with a "Force Restart" then!
