iphone SE earpiece to speaker automatically switching problem

I have my iPhone SE 2020 (Just updated to 16.2) setup by default. In the feb I got the new version update that is (16.3.1) after the update then the problem is begin they automatically switch the mode during the phone call earpiece to speaker and during this switching mode the incoming voice become mute.

Note as well as, whenever I tap on the Speaker icon on the call screen, icon become freeze please fix this ASAP!!
