Iphone 12 pro max camera stopped working

Hi

my iphone 12 pro max was absolutely fine. No damage. It stopped working all of a sudden a week ago. It worked twice after that a day before and yesterday it worked itself. Rest it’s showing blurr. The zoom 0.5 and zoom 2.5 camera are working fine. But the normal zoom 1.0 is blurr. I went to the official service retailer in Dhahran, Saudi Arab and they told me to get a new camera installed withing 2 weeks and that many people came with the same problem. I told them this is not the solution and I’m not ready ti pay for some software glitch. Please help with a new update asap or my phone model. It’s miserable to have my camera not working.

If your photos are blurry or the camera screen is black, here's what to do.

Remove case, accessory, or film and test

1. Remove any case, accessory, or film that might block the camera or flash or that places a magnet near the camera.

2. Test the camera by trying to take a photo.

4. Try the flashlight in Control Center on your iPhone or Control Center on your iPad. On an iPhone X or later or an iPad, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, swipe up from the bottom edge of any screen.

5. Tap the Flashlight button .

If the flash works only sometimes, open the Camera app and tap the flash button to choose a different setting.

Contact Apple Support
