If you are noticing an issue with some or all of your Apple Music library, please start by restarting and updating your iPhone:
Something like this could also be related to your network or time settings. Do you notice this same warning message after changing to a different Wi-Fi or cellular data connection? Please also enable “Set Automatically” in Settings > General > Date & Time.
You will also want to confirm that your Apple ID regional settings match your device settings. If needed, please update your Apple ID region: Change your Apple ID country or region.
