Hi, I'm also having the issue mentioned above.
In my case, the iphone is owned by me, with no people in between such as IT Department, and I still cannot find the button to manage app profiles.
The button mentioned was renamed to "VPN & Device Management", and inside there is only option to enable a VPN.
Any clues?
Thank you in advance & have a great week. :)

Hello Ramjet15x,
Just to confirm, are you wanting to delete an app that has a configuration profile on your iPhone? If so, please check out the information in the following link, which will help guide you through that process: How to delete an app that has a configuration profile on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Apple has removed some apps from the App Store that install root certificates that could allow monitoring of data. If you have one of these apps installed on your device, delete both the app and its associated configuration profile to make sure that your data remains protected.
Delete the app and its configuration profile
To delete an app and its configuration profile, follow these steps.
1. Delete the app
* Touch and hold the app until it jiggles.
* Then tap the delete buttonin the upper-left corner of the app to delete it. If you see a message that says, "Deleting this app will also delete its data," tap Delete.
2. If the app has a configuration profile, delete it.
* Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management,* then tap the app’s configuration profile.
* Then tap Delete Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Delete.
3. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
* If you don't see this option in Settings, then no device management profiles are installed on your device.
Thank you!
Thanks for response…
Except that PROFILE is no longer an option as listed above!!!
Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated???
A full reset is nothing I want to deal with at this point.
BTW it’s for a boxer app for corporate emails.
Hello Ramjet15x,
In that case, you'd need to contact your IT Department for this issue. They would need to remove it from the iPhone, since it was enrolled in their profile. They'd need to take it from here.
Wishing you well.
Take care.
